EKFox Gear was established in 2018 as a specialized division of E.K. Fox & Associates, which has served commercial and government clients since 1980.
The division grew out of a recurring challenge encountered in complex facility projects. Some requirements could not be met with standard commercial products, necessitating components developed specifically for the application.
Based in Chantilly, Virginia, EKFox Gear combines engineering expertise, prototyping, testing, and fabrication to turn requirements into practical products. Its work is focused on specialized applications such as SCIFs, secure facilities, shielded environments, and other demanding mechanical installations.
From identifying the problem through testing and fabrication, EKFox Gear follows a product-focused engineering approach designed for real project conditions.
